Now we have a new promotional CD out for the radio stations to play. It was requested by alot of radio stations in many other countries. So we had to jump on it quick and make this CD single for radio airplay. It is "Don't Wait too Long" that is on this single. It will be mailed out to the stations that ask us for it this week. We are getting the list made up now. SO many more radio stations will be playing it now! Yahoo!

Yes the show was heard three blocks away from us this last sunday the 7th of Sept. We rocked the town! Sure sounded good! We were invited to play at the Belvidere Hotel but there was not enough time to perform there! And best of all a Little girl about two years old sat on her dads lap to play the drums for us. She had a little trouble keeping time but she was very cute to watch. She stole the show!

Gene Gardiner to sing for two short shows in Belvidere on September the 7th at 12 pm and 4 pm that sunday. If the weather holds. He was just going to present some new songs and the new "Sleep Walking To The Corner Cafe" He will be outside on the side walk next to the Corner Deli across from the PNC Bank on Mansfield street. Today ENG Entertainment said Gene Gardiner will be recording two hot new songs now getting ready to come into the recording studios! Sleep Walking To The Corner Deli and I'm Stayin In Belvidere!, are his two new releases coming out soon! Both up beat contry Rock Eagles type of delivery for sure in his music with these two songs. No doubt will smoke the Music Charts again just like he did last time!!! Yahoo!!!!!!! "Sleep Walking To the Corner Deli" is very funny and Gene wrote this to talk in the song about special characters in the Corner Deli where he goes to eat! Gene says Yeh anything can happen when your sleep walking, no telling where it will take you!

Gene scores very good on the mzeus.com chart coming out at # 1 !!! with his song Don't Wait Too Long! And it did this kind of thing when it was on the garageband.com charts getting two best guitar awards issued by the reviewers there this last spring!

Gene Gardiner and the Illegal Tender Band are set to perform a live show in Belvidere New Jersey on December 13th 2008 see calender for important information! It will be part of a country Rock Christmas show the town is presenting!

Gene Marries his Russian Angel Irina on March 7th 2008. Marriage will take place in Krasnodar Russia as a private event hosted by Irina's family there.

Gene Gardiner wins best guitars on the www.garageband.com contest for live365.com radio again for the second round of this contest! Guitar work on this recording is very exceptional and you really have to hear this one!

Walmart Stores picked up Gene Gardiners Music on July 1st 2007 Selling his song Don't Wait Too Long on their on line store as a Music Download. Gene Gardiner, Wal-Mart and his Band Win Again!

Hope you like to hear good news I know we all do alot of the time!
Well Gene Gardiner and his back up band on the new release Don't Wait
Too Long won again on April 17th 2007 they won Best Guitars again on
the competion in the garageband contest! This is on the
www.live365.com internet radio network. There are over 8,000 disc
jockies behind this whole thing playing alot of songs in all genres.
Gene's Song came in earlier with a best guitars win on the first
round of this contest and the song Don't Wait Too Long has been
holding in there going to a lower number on the chart run for country
rock and country music there. placing 166 out of a remaining 303
competitors all running against each other. It looks like it will run
to a better score by the looks of it! When it all started he was up
against over 4,400 other musicians and now he is still running the
charts after all of the others got eliminated!

Wal-Mart the largest retailer in the world now is soon going to
sell Gene's music as a Digital Download on Wal-Mart entertainment!
Keep an eye out for Don't Wait Too Long to come up in Wal-Mart for
sale very soon! They have his web site almost ready to go public to
sell the music there! For a great price of .88 cents! As you may know
this song has alot of history behind it and was the one that scored
high on the Nashville Charts in the past! So it is a Hit song now!

OK up to now the back up band has not been named so we all had a talk about it here at ENG and it is going to be called "The Illegal Tender Band"! So the whole thing will be Gene Gardiner And The Illegal Tender Band! Does that sound cool or what! I love it!

The Everly Brothers song Let It Be Me is getting a make over by Gene. Setting it up like he would if he wrote this beautiful Song! Recording is almost completed and Gene hopes to have the song ready to go soon also going on the new album coming out soon! This song has Gene in the Vocals and also second vocal track harmany and it came out perfect! The instrumental parts have all been changed and the vocal parts are still the same with that tight Hamony this song was known for having in the Hook of this incredible song! Simply ingenius delivery of this and the voice tracks in it!

A new song that will be getting released on Gene's new Album called "Love Me Tonite" is taking shape very nicely and will be released on the album soon. This song was written by Gene about Linda Ronstat a famous singer that was doing a show at Rutgers College one nite and Gene happened to come see her perform. Song is about how Linda was in Love but was always away. Gene picked up the song idea from Linda's story on the back of the show Program! While he was reading it waiting for the show to start! This new song has a cool sound and will really rock things alot when it gets out!

Gene Has been working with his back up band and now things are starting to happen! The band and Gene sound incredible and the Vocal Harmonies coming out at the practices are beautiful to say the least! They have been rehearsing in Denville New Jersey so soon some of this music will bubble out to the streets! Looks Like they will Rock New Jersey First! I think Gene wants to have the first show in Belvidere New Jersey!
